What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and St. Augustine, but we’re happy to travel for any project! If your shoot is outside our typical service area, let us know, and we’ll discuss travel options and any additional fees.

Booking
How do I book a drone shoot?
Booking is easy! Simply reach out to us via our Get In Touch page or give us a call. We’ll respond within 1 business day to discuss your needs, choose the right package and get you onto our schedule!
How far in advance should I book my shoot?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for large projects or peak times (like weekends or holidays). However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll make it happen!
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
It’s not required, but you’re welcome to join us! We’d love to have you on-site to discuss your vision and ensure we capture exactly what you need. If you can’t make it, no worries—our experienced team will handle everything.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
“Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours before your shoot. Any deposits or payments will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled shoot. Cancellations made last-minute will result in a non-refundable/non-transferable 50% deposit to cover the lost time.
Safety
Are your drone pilots licensed?
Yes! All our drone pilots are fully licensed under FAA Part 107, ensuring we fly legally, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. Your project is in expert hands.
Are your drones registered?
Yes! All our drones are registered with the FAA, ensuring they meet the necessary safety standards for commercial flights. We keep your project fully compliant—because who wants drone drama? Not us!
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?
We always monitor the weather closely. If conditions aren’t safe or ideal (like strong winds or rain), we’ll reschedule your shoot at no extra charge.
Will you fly a drone at night or in restricted airspace?
We can fly at night, but only with the proper lighting and in compliance with FAA guidelines for nighttime operations. For restricted airspace, we always check and ensure we’re cleared to fly. Safety and compliance are our top priorities.
Content
How do you ensure the footage is high-quality?
We always fly top-of-the-line drones equipped with some of the best cameras on the market, offering at least 4K resolution for sharp, clear images and smooth video.
Can I edit the photos and videos myself?
Absolutely! Most of our customers prefer to edit their photos and videos, so our standard packages include raw footage. If you’d like us to handle the editing, we offer photo and video editing add-ons for nearly every package.
How long does it take to receive the final content?
For edited photos and video, we typically provide footage within 5-7 business days. Need it sooner? Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.
How will I receive my content?
You can access the content via a secure link that will be provided after each shoot.
Billing / Payment
What kind of payment scheduled are available?
We offer flexible payment schedules based on your chosen package! Payments generally fall into one of two categories: per visit or monthly—whichever works best for your project and budget. Let us know your preference, and we’ll set it up.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure your spot and get started, we require a 50% deposit of the total price (package + any add-ons). The deposit amount will be clearly outlined in your estimate or initial invoice—no surprises! Once we receive it, your project date is officially reserved. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before content delivery.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
We keep it transparent! Most costs are included in the packages, but additional fees may apply for things like travel (outside our standard service area), special requests (like sunset shoots), or editing services. We’ll always inform you of any extra charges beforehand.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We make it easy! We accept credit cards and Zelle. Just let us know your preferred payment method, and we’ll handle the rest.
